Built by People Who Actually Turn Wrenches
Fulmen Garage opened in Douglassville, PA in 2022, founded by Daniel Popil with a simple idea: give truckers and fleet managers a shop that treats their downtime like the emergency it actually is. What started as a small crew has grown into a full-service diesel operation with multiple bays, an in-house parts connection, and a team that’s worked on everything from hotshot pickups to full sleeper-cab semis.
We’re part of a small family of businesses sharing the same lot — including Ocean of Parts, an authorized Mopar parts distributor. That means when we say we can get a part fast, we usually mean today, not next week.
Today, Fulmen Garage continues to focus on practical repairs, dependable service and keeping commercial vehicles on the road.

A good repair shop is only as strong as the people behind the work. Fulmen Garage brings together diesel technicians and developing mechanics who work on truck and trailer diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and related services.
Our team works with heavy-duty equipment every day, solving mechanical and electrical problems and helping customers keep their vehicles working.
We also believe in developing the next generation of diesel technicians — our apprentice positions provide hands-on training, experienced technician support and real opportunities to grow into professional diesel technician roles.
We speak English, Russian, and Ukrainian, so language is never the reason a job gets misunderstood.

Fulmen Garage supports technician development through hands-on experience and training within the shop — with hands-on training from experienced technicians and real career development for diesel apprentices.

Our Facility
A Shop Built for Truck & Trailer Work
We’re at 1550 Ben Franklin Hwy E in Douglassville, PA — several drive-through service bays sized for trucks and trailers, not just pickups. Out back, a large gravel lot gives fleets room to park overnight, and inside, a customer lounge with WiFi, coffee, and a PS5 setup means waiting on a repair doesn’t have to feel like waiting.
Sitting directly on Route 422 keeps us easy to find and easy to get in and out of — which matters when you’re hauling a 53-foot trailer.
The facility is supported by parts availability and a team focused on getting vehicles through the repair process efficiently.
