DOUGLASSVILLE, PA · TRUCK & TRAILER TIRE SERVICE
TRUCK TIRE SERVICE
A tire that’s wearing wrong or losing air isn’t something to guess at. Our ASE-certified technicians provide truck tire service for steer, drive and trailer positions — mounting, balancing, rotation and replacement — plus the alignment and suspension checks that explain why a tire wore wrong in the first place.
WHAT WE REPAIR
TIRE SERVICE WE PROVIDE
Mounting and rotation are half the job — the other half is figuring out why a tire wore wrong in the first place.
Truck Tire Replacement & Mounting
New tire mounting and replacement for steer, drive and trailer positions, matched to load rating and application.
Tire Balancing & Rotation
Wheel balancing and position rotation that even out wear across an axle and extend tread life.
Tire Pressure & TPMS Service
Inflation checks and TPMS sensor diagnostics — the most common cause of premature wear and blowouts is a tire nobody's checked.
Wheel & Rim Inspection
Rim damage, bent wheels and stud or lug condition checked whenever a tire comes off, not just when something looks wrong.
Tire Wear Inspection & Diagnosis
Cupping, feathering and one-sided wear traced back to alignment, suspension or inflation issues — not just replaced and repeated.
Truck Tire Inspections & DOT Compliance
Tread depth, sidewall condition and load rating checked against DOT spec for steer, drive and trailer tires.
At Fulmen Garage in Douglassville, PA, we treat truck tire service as more than mounting rubber — steer, drive and trailer tires each wear differently, and a bad pattern almost always points to something else worth checking. Real equipment, real load ratings, and a shop built for heavy-duty tire work.

FAQ
TIRE SERVICE QUESTIONS
How do I know if it's an alignment problem or just a worn tire?
Alignment issues tend to wear one edge of the tread evenly; a worn or underinflated tire wears more unevenly across the whole surface. We check both, since replacing a tire without fixing the alignment behind it just repeats the problem.
Do you stock tires, or do I need to source my own?
We carry common heavy duty truck tires in steer, drive and trailer sizes and can source others quickly through our supplier network — most truck tire service jobs don’t require you to bring your own tires.
How often should truck tires be rotated?
It depends on the application and axle position more than a fixed mileage number — steer tires wear differently than drive or trailer tires. We check wear patterns at every service visit and rotate when it actually extends tread life.
Can a slow leak be repaired, or does the tire need to be replaced?
Most slow leaks from a puncture in the tread area can be repaired to DOT spec. Sidewall damage, or a puncture too close to the edge, usually means the tire needs to be replaced rather than patched.
Do you service trailer tires, or just the tractor?
Both. Trailer tires wear differently than tractor tires — often from tighter turns and less driver attention — and get inspected and serviced right alongside the tractor’s.
How much does tire service cost?
It depends on the tire size, position and whether it’s a repair, rotation or full replacement. We’ll give you a clear price before any work starts, whether it’s one tire or a full axle set.
